Service was great but price was really high for my budget. The boxes were made way to heavy and bottoms busted out of them and really caused us lot of loss and headache. We still trying to move the stuff crime storage to our new home and it’s really tough. One building moved but not unloaded or unpacked. This is not easy for a Disabled Veteran. I could not afford to pay them to come back and move my stuff to new home so the struggle is real. The guys were amazing and polite. A lot of time smoking and texting I noticed and so did my Friend so that made us upset but I’m not the boss so I quess there is no rules on that. But I’m trying to get stuff out and to my new location quickly as I can so I hope in future I never move again.
I scheduled to have 3 men And a truck. The evening before I rec’d a confirmation call with the man yelling me the prices I was give was very wrong. I was told it was 178 for 3 hours and her men were ready to work it would be done in 3 hours. If it went a few min over I wouldn’t get charged. Well the call to confirm said it was 178 per hour and a service charge of 178 as well with the first hour and it’s a min of 2 hours. That’s 178 times 3 and after two hours another 178 which is 534 and if it went over the two hours then 712. Big difference in price. And you not find this out until the evening before. When I could have been looking for another company. This was not right. Now I have to move a day later. This is horrible. All over being honest. And I took a pic of the ad. 3 men and a truck 85 per hour and 5 men And a truck 99 per hour. That should be three hundred for three hours right. I wouldn’t mind that. 300 for three hour sure. But all the unknowns is so disturbing. And not right.
Thanks for nothing
