Very disappointed. We recently used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to move our household goods into a storage unit and then into our new home. The movers for both moves were very nice and professional however, after unpacking everything we realized that our Samsung sound bar speaker for our TV was missing. Assuming it may have been left in the truck, we called customer service and were told they would get back to us. We called 3 times and all 3 times they said they would get back to us but never did. After sending an email to corporate they said the only thing to do if we thought that our speaker had been stolen was to file a police report.
