More than 35 years ago when Founder Mary Ellen Sheets started TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, she made it clear that regardless of how far the business went, the company would follow one strict rule: give back to the community.
She donated the first $1,000 in company profits charitable efforts and set the tone for how the company would operate. To this day, we’ve continued to live by this motto of giving back, and have went on to partner with multiple charitable organizations around the country and even started our own cause campaigns – Movers for Moms®, Movers for Mutts®, Movers for Meals®, Movers for Military®, and Truckload of Warmth®.
This emphasis on giving back was recently highlighted in a piece by Franchise Business Review, where they talked about some of the work our company has done around the country.
