You folks have been my only choice for moving for over 20 years… yesterday was my latest move with Pendergass, Simmons and tait.. As always your folks were professional, efficient, friendly and very personable.. The move was for my mom, who has had to relocate to a memory care facility, so needless to say the day was not a happy one, but I can truly say your folks were an integral part to insuring the day was the best it could be.. See ya soon Russ, Ethan and Robert. I am moving myself and my fiancé on feb 14 into our new home and I have requested the same crew!!! Fine job gentlemen!!! My mother enjoyed the experience very much!!!😃

I was not present when my furniture was picked up nor when it arrived in Traverse City. However, based on past experience with Two Men and a Truck I can say it was a good experience. Your people are very polite and competent. I did have two small breakage problems. A glass chimney on a lamp and the glass on a large picture.

I am beyond disappointed with 2 men and a truck. I called informed movers that object being moved exceeded the 800 pounds I was told was their limit. I provided the weight of 994 lbs (was actually 944) and was told no problem, we will add another mover. Movers showed up, and we found object had to be raised about an inch. They were sent without correct equipment and ended up leaving. Prior to leaving, was told not to worry, we will get moved for you. The men on site were very respectful and pleasant as was my contact person on the phone. I am left with excuses why they now cannot move and a week waiting. I cannot express how disappointed I am and frustrated. Please don’t make excuses for why you now don’t want to move something, be honest and just say you don’t want the business. Your marketing comes in all forms, I have heard you loud and clear. My business is not important.

We were so pleased with our team. They arrived on time and were very pleasant and extremely polite. Getting the fridge through the door required some problem solving and they figured it out and got it in place. They were all neatly groomed which I don’t really care about, but I did note it. Thanks for all they did!
