  1. In March 2019 my daughter and I scheduled for Two Men and a Truck to move our things to s storage unit.
    To save cost, as my daughter is a single parent with two girls, and me unemployed due to health reasons,
    They came around 9.30am. we had packed everything in boxes, taken all the beds apart, had brought everything down stairs to save on cost. The only things we left upstairs were the mattresses and 4 dressers. We took apart our dinning room table, they had nothing to pack, just load the truck.
    Right away the driver told us they had six hours to move our things,I responded that we moved our things in, by ourselves, in three hours, and that they shouldn’t take six hours
    Of they took almost 7 hours, totally unexceptable.
    During this time they moved in slow motion, one of the men was in the unit resting his head on a piece of furniture, I let him know that we we on a time crunch, the proceeded to fall to the floor saying he was over heated, of course we did supply water for them. Finally after 700 dollars later they were done. One thing they were tru to their word they used that 6 hours!
    Never will recommend this company to anyone, like I said my daughter and I did what they did in three hours, shameful that these two men took advantage of us. I did call the office they were from no response.
    Not to forget, they didn’t take care of how they put our things in the unit.
    We had some items broken, it was a mess
    Just don’t want anyone else to be taken advantage of.
