Last weekend was TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s “Busiest Move Weekend” – the annual weekend where our company completes the most moves during the year. And it just so happens to fall during the last weekend of June every year.
Busy is an understatement – our moving teams across the country completed more than 6,200 moves last weekend alone! But one of those moves was a little bit different than the others. Friday morning, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK President Randy Shacka suited up and completed a home move here in Lansing, Mich., alongside the Lansing franchise move team.
Shacka got his start with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as a mover before working his way to the top as president, and this was the first time he had been on a move since 2004. Shacka wanted to start off “Busiest Move Weekend” right and show his appreciation to all of our company’s movers and drivers who make it happen every day for our brand.
Only the moving team had any idea of this happening – the customer wasn’t informed until after the move, where Shacka introduced himself and delivered them gifts, thanking them for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
Check out the full-video recap! You can also see the Facebook Live video where Shacka introduced himself to the customers, here.
