School is out, summer is here, and that means one thing in the moving industry – busy moving season is officially happening.
According to statistics compiled at MovingLabor.com, nearly 80 percent of all moves that happen across the United States occur between the months of April and September, as this time directly correlates with school being out and moving services being in high demand. At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, we know that this time on the calendar is where we make our biggest impact, and our franchise locations across all of our 44 states are geared up and ready to go.
“There is a lot of excitement around the busiest move weekend of the year for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, as it’s our time to shine during the most challenge days for our brand,” said Randy Shacka, President of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. “We are accomplishing close to three moves every minute during this time. That is not easy, but with our systems and amazing people in place, we are looking forward to it. It reinforces that our brand is on the right track, as a record number of customers are choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK – something we do not take for granted.”
This summer is shaping up to be another monster moving season for the “Movers Who Care”, and this upcoming weekend is our “Busiest Move Weekend” – the weekend where we complete our highest number of moves.
We’re all about fun with numbers, and came up with a few interesting facts to illustrate just how much moving our professional teams will be doing over the weekend.
