In order for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to operate at the level it does year in and year out, it takes a collective team effort from top to bottom at our franchise locations.
We often speak to the hard work that our movers and drivers put in on each move, but before they go out and make a difference for our customers, a move doesn’t happen until it runs through our Customer Service Representatives. These individuals are what put the wheels in motion for our franchises and without them being the first point of contact for customers, nothing would happen.
As we recently wrapped up our 7th annual Career Move Month in March and are now running our statewide day of hiring events through April and May across the states of Michigan, Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, and Texas, we are building our franchise teams – and CSRs are a big piece.
If you’re someone who enjoys communicating with others, being able to gauge a customer’s needs, and point them in the right direction to help them during a stressful time in their life – this job might be for you! CSRs are crucial in a variety of steps to get the moving process started, including answering calls, responding to emails, handling leads, staying up-to-date on our services and being able to relate it to customers, and following up after a move is completed to gauge customer satisfaction.
