TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises gear up for 7th annual hiring initiative ahead of busy season

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand cannot operate without a strong team of movers and drivers along with stellar customer service representatives!  That’s why each March, we kick off what we call Career Move Month, to ensure our teams are properly staffed ahead of the busy, summer months to ensure top-notch customer service to our customers.

Career Move Month is designed to get the word out about the abundant career options at all of our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations. This isn’t limited to just movers and drivers, either – we’re looking for everybody!

“Through Career Move Month, we organize several programs to showcase our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values, culture, and what it’s like to work here,” said Johanna Weitzel, the recruiting and retention manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Home Office. “Our franchises get involved at a local level, and are usually thrilled to build upon the national programs we put in place and extend their efforts through the rest of the year so they can build out their great teams.”

Career Move Month begins March 1 and throughout the month, we’ll continue to showcase what life looks like as a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team member.
