TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® prepares to welcome 1,200 new employees

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, the month of March means one important thing – Career Move Month. On March 1^st of every year, we officially kick off the Career Move Month campaign, which aims to bring in new members to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system wide, all across the country.

To help prepare for the busy moving season, Career Move Month looks to bring in talented, motivated, and hardworking individuals to our local teams across the country to help keep our outstanding customer service reputation strong, and to keep our business moving in the right direction. With over 380 locations nationwide, it is important we ramp up hiring efforts to get properly trained staff in place before our busiest time of year — May through September.

Countless people who have started off on the front line have worked their way up the company ladder, showing the wide-range of opportunities that are available when starting your career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®.

“I was a product of the system. It was a natural progression for me, and I couldn’t have done it without the ‘big picture group’,” said TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchisee Brian Stern, who originally hired in as a mover. “They are always looking for the next general manager or business partner within the company. I have benefited from their continuous coaching and leadership.”

Our goal this year is to hire 1,200 new employees into our outstanding TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family. There are endless opportunities throughout the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system, whether you are just beginning a career, or you’re seasoned professional in the working world.
