Two Men and a Truck

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, the month of March means one important thing – Career Move Month. On March 1st of every year, we officially kick off the Career Move Month campaign, which aims to bring in new members to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system wide, all across the country.

To help prepare for the busy moving season, Career Move Month looks to bring in talented, motivated, and hardworking individuals to our local teams across the country to help keep our outstanding customer service reputation strong, and to keep our business moving in the right direction. With over 380 locations nationwide, it is important we ramp up hiring efforts to get properly trained staff in place before our busiest time of year — May through September.

Countless people who have started off on the front line have worked their way up the company ladder, showing the wide-range of opportunities that are available when starting your career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®.

brian-stern“I was a product of the system. It was a natural progression for me, and I couldn’t have done it without the ‘big picture group’,” said TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchisee Brian Stern, who originally hired in as a mover. “They are always looking for the next general manager or business partner within the company. I have benefited from their continuous coaching and leadership.”

Our goal this year is to hire 1,200 new employees into our outstanding TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family. There are endless opportunities throughout the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system, whether you are just beginning a career, or you’re seasoned professional in the working world.

sara-bennett“Career Move Month is really just the launch into a full year of hiring and opportunities for people to move forward with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®,” said Human Resources Director Sara Bennett. “The goal of the month is to share information about the many benefits of becoming part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family.”

We’re looking for driven and hard-working team members who fit what we stand for at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, who are willing to live our Core Values each day, and who understand that at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® our mission is to move people forward personally and professionally. Current and past employees of the company have spoken highly of the atmosphere of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, the great people they’re surrounded by, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Apply now, and get the hiring process rolling in the right direction. While you’re at it, we’ve included a video to show the proper do’s and don’ts of interviewing, whether you’re moving closer to a position with us, or elsewhere.

  1. Two men left my daughter stranded on 4/5/2017. They were scheduled to close today and had scheduled this supposedly reputable company to move them. This morning they told us we don’t move when it’s raining. Did they not know it was going to rain? Could you have given us a note it is going to rain and we won’t be there? They had to move.!!! I will never say, forget it. Do not depend on the 2 men and a truck.
